Search engine submission is the process of informing search engines of the existence or your web site. The ultimate goal is for the search engine to visit your web site (either automatically through crawlers / spiders or manually for human based directories) and index it in their directories. You must continuously provide your web address to the public. Make sure to place your web address on your business cards, invoices, store window / building / vehicle signs, and on your written brochures / promotional materials.
